A mod that gives you the exact amount of 0 exp for everything you do, making your character as worthless as you are

Description
Disables all exp gain so players stay at level 1. Useful for servers that want to to manage players' progression through quest or events. Originally intended for the spanish roleplaying server Cronicas de Hiboria, but should work in any, if not most servers.
Would be cool to know if it was helpful to anyone.

Desactiva cualquier ganancia de experiencia, de forma que los jugadores se mantienen a nivel 1. Util para servidores que quieran tener un mayor control de la progresion de los jugadores, y medirla mediante misiones o eventos. Originalmente ha sido dise?ado para el servidor espa?ol de rol Cronicas de Hiboria, pero deberia funcionar sin problemas en otros servidores.
Estar?a bien saber si ha sido util para otras personas.

This will be extremely helpful for my server, I intend to keep everyone at level 1, It would be nice to have a monster hp table that was in-line with level 1 players. I already have the mods to allow for opening of legendary chests and no level requirements for feats. that Monster XP table would be the last thing that I would need.
