Description
~40-50k pop, traffic flows for a while, then randomly gets super clogged along entire highway, stopping city services and causing mass abandoment.

some suggestions id say would to get traffic manager to fix highway merging and to get more highway connections/road connections to places where cars/trucks need to go by using the tool to see where the cars need to be. Getting traffic mods really help
