This addon just a reskin of another addon. https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=468928353
Only addon disabled the color change feature and changed to other textures from Dishonored. The hood of a white Ranger, because of the basic textures, as the Supreme caretaker wasn't wearing it.
I checked with the main modification does not conflict and does not require its presence.
