Particle Optimization

Description
Space Engineers throws away many particle effects when too many particles are displayed.
This is especially a problem in PvP scenarios where manual fire rocket launchers play an important role.

This mod optimizes many particle effects that are related to combat by removing unnecessary sprites while retaining most of the intended effect.

This results in being able to see rocket trails and damage effects more frequently.

However, performance wise, how will it react on a always full server (30players) ?

OMG this is the most essential mod i have ever downloaded!!! finally someone did something about this issue! thanks a lot for this glorious mod!
