Tech tree lore rewrite

Description
Rewrites a number of technology descriptions and titles so that the Improvements, Modules, and other things they unlock make sense from a fiction standpoint. Does not change the gameplay at all. English only, and does not change any Behemoth or Hacking techs, or anything exclusive to the Vaulters, Hissho, or Umbral Choir factions.

The main candidates for "that's not how science works" are the luxury and strategic resources, especially antimatter - and changing those is kind of outside the scope of this mod. I've tried to stick at least vaguely to a hard-scifi approach, but the game mechanics don't lend themselves to that very well!

I do like a bit more science in my science fiction. I find myself reading the flavor texts and just finding it all a bit much sometimes.
