Wyevale Scar

Wyevale Scar is a custom temperate river map inspired by the UK Peak District. Unlike the Peak, it also has a small coastal inlet with beach and docks.

It's rural and hilly for setting towns/industries at varying elevations, with plateaus and lowland for larger build plains.

Play-tested to 25k pop. with no issues (see screenshots). Helps if you can get the water pumps/sewage out to the ocean fairly quickly!

NOTES:

- The hydro dam isn't actually designed to work for real; instead, there's a water source immediately in front of it to give the impression of flow through, and I've hidden a couple of transformer cabinets in the foliage to create a power source. (I didn't like the patchy downriver flow when I let the dam do its natural thing.)

However, if you really want the dam to provide it's own tiny amount of power, you can place a (small!) water source inside the reservoir itself, raise it level with the top of the dam, and cross your fingers... :)

- A 25 or 81 tiles mod (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=576327847) makes it much easier to reach the beach/docks/shipping without blocking yourself out of other areas, but isn't strictly necessary.

- The big roundabout interchange near the edge of the map is the Vanilla Pinavia (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1549007985). Not a required item for players, as it's 100% vanilla - all credit to kapustor666.
