Replaces the portrait pictures of all the survivors.

This version has the themes of the 2 different games, green for L4D, yellow for L4D2.

Massive thanks and credits go to Robertto for giving me permission to use his renders from his "L4D1 BETA Style HUD" mod.

Very nice mod, I hated the way the 2 games used 2 portrait styles, this finally uses one for both. :health:
