Wow, my brain really must be getting addled from too much of this. To be fair, I missed the key part of this puzzle for the better half of the playthrough because I never bothered to turn on the light bridge catcher, because I figured I’d only need it at the end .
Attention to detail is vital to success in this one. After I’d realized that the light bridge goes all the way through and is able to connect the starting and second platforms , the solution came pretty fast - although I still stood around for a few minutes because I was honestly pretty tired. I couldn’t immediately visualize the solution but once I started tinkering I found it almost right away. In a fair amount of harder puzzles I find just screwing around oftentimes leads me to the solution by accident, even if I have no real plan.
