Crabenmore slip [Basic] Ver 0.1

Take charge of pannier and shunt coaches for a all stops service along the Crabenmore branch. After the final stop the train will need to be split with one coach being added to an awaiting service waiting on the mainline.

Notes: A lot of the signals need permission to be passed but this will be brought up during the scenario.
The coach pack containing the slip coach has been removed. Stations now have a pair of red phone boxes. To ease boarding stop the train with the middle coach by these
phone boxes.

Fixes: Markers have been added to stations except the very first as reference points to stop the train.
