　　Takes input number with up to 3 digits and displays it on 3 instrument panel displays.
　　
　　Input Number: Connect to the number you want to display. (Speed for example.)
　　To Instrument Panels: Connect to the 3 instrument displays. ('Seven Segment')
　　
　　On the example number: 164 the channels are following:
　　number 1 = channel 1
　　number 6 = channel 2
　　number 4 = channel 3
