Plane Alt Hold

Description
Note 1
This controller should only be turned on near the wanted altitude if you want this process to be automatic look at the bottom for the linked secondary controller.

Note 2
The closer the tilt sensor is to the front of the aircraft the more responsive and touchy the altitude hold will be. If you are noticing swaying up and down around the desired altitude you may have to reposition your tilt sensor.


Setup Help
Make sure the tilt sensor arrow is facing toward the front of the plane and be on the horizontal line or x-axis like shown under here in text.

Secondary Controller
The controller linked below this will help with flipping. It prevents the Altitude Hold from activating to far away from the desired altitude causing flipping.

The reason is you are activating the Altitude Hold to far away from the desired or set altitude. I have linked a secondary controller in the description which will help prevent this issue.

Up/Down is reffering to pitch so for example if you want pitch to be W/S wire W/S to it for input.
Up/Down Output is what you connect to the control surfaces that it will use to pitch the plane!

so i found a solution for the looping. just add a gyro to the mix and i will work just fine
