The Interceptorate

Description

Adds The Interceptorate to Reassembly, an unplayable faction that should never have existed. What you see here is exactly what it looks like: an entire faction made entirely out of interceptors taped together.

This was a mistake. Modding was a mistake. Why have I birthed this into the world?
