Indoctrination Virus

Description
An indoctrination virus you can administer to a prisoner for instant recruitment.
Inspired by its namesake in Alastair Reynolds' Revelation Space.

An Exotic Item, with a base value of 2000 (Healer Mech Serum, for example, is 1300). Tradeability is set to All, so I guess it should spawn in trader inventories.

To use it you have to choose Administer indoctrination virus, under operations in the health tab

hi i think its only available by exotic traders, or quest rewards
