Yes, I am aware of tornado addons such as:
Tornado mod
Storm's Dynamic Tornados (No, that is not a typo, that's the actual name of the addon)
gDisasters
Natural Disasters ReUpload
and more...

But what if your server doesn't have tornado addons? You could try this!

Controls:
Numpad6 to activate tornado and emitter

Features:
- Large plate under tornado to simulate winds blowing you around the place
- Effects such as flying props and emitters
- Steam thruster sound effect (also part of wind simulation)
- For once, IT CAN ACTUALLY DESTROY CRAP!
- Also high chance of dying if you go near it :)
