I have compiled a bunch of sound and effect mods that will help you develop PTSD from the comfort of your own home! Anyway, have fun trying to not be scarred by these.

I suggest running snd_restart in the console every time you start the game, so everything loads correctly (the realistic bullet cracks almost never work unless you run that command)

(I have also added a few visual mods that just kinda make the whole experience better)

If i had to choose 3 "must haves" from this collection I would choose "Pain and death", "project immursion" and "realistic bullet cracks". The rest are still awesome but i i had to choose, it would be those three.
