Description
Tested for Hydra 1.7 Version.

Reduces Civil War if you choose "Oppose Hitler" option. Hitler gets Berlin only, he's an easy beat-down.

PS. You need Waking Tiger to get this option in the National Focus tree.

Changes only the German WTT Event file
