Adds a Gantz Suit as an outfit for Noctis with blue lights.
Fire 15, Dark/Max MP/ Sprit 20, Max HP 25, Vitality 30, Ballistic 35, Strength 40, Magic 45.

Suit model by lococr98.
textures and gun model extracted by Shuubaru.

Gantz Suit? That looks more like a Mocap Suit
