Illegal Wares Freedom

Description
Gives players the freedom to do with their normally non-sellable illicit wares as they please. The items that can now be sold are:

- Security Bypass System
- Security Decryption System
- Security Slicer

Now the Encyclopedia description for the Security Decryption System will actually be reflected by the game as the black market dealers will actually buy the goods off of you.

Anyone know of an alternate mod that's being updated and works for sure? This worked for me in a previous save but I started a new game and now it doesn't work at all.

Heyo just wanted to pop in and say that this mod IS working...for me at least. I did have to make my way to the black market/pirate base but I was able to sell my stuff with this mod.
Sadly does not work with the Slicer.

If this isn't working for you, I just tried an old one (2018) "Fix Illegal Buy" at https://www.nexusmods.com/x4foundations/mods/71 and it worked for me with 3.10 HF1 and Split DLC installed.
