Description
July Crisis 1914, Central powers are strong enough to keep the fight going until 1918

Features:
- Britain and Germany will bail out their lesser allies if they're in trouble (AI only)
- Europe has better infastructure
- Central powers have a better reputation
- Ottomans are more self sufficient
- Austria Hungary slighty more population
- Germany has more mills and docks
- German colonies keep fighting for longer
