With this you can cut down anyone who DOESN'T run, like a badass

That's realistic!
After all, it's said that the Vikings likely used two-handed axes left handed like this to better get around enemy shields.

That's right, but the command only works in the developer version of the game. You can play just the stun animations with these two commands:

playviewmodelanim ACT_VM_BLOCKSTUN

playviewmodelanim ACT_VM_BLOCKSTUN_SHORT
