STALKER Arrival (Updated)

Adds a faction known as the 'Stalkers' into the game and a location in whiterun where they reside known as Whiterun Depths. This location can be found behind Belethors store near the market of Whiterun.
Should work with most mods, please inform me if you find one that doesn't :)

Also if you're unable to find the entrance just press the old ` button and type 'coc Stalkerhole'
(NEW) *Update*
- Stalker Faction added
- Stalker Wanderer NPC added
- Wanderer acts as the faction vendor with blacksmithing items.
- More Clutter
*Note*
With the addition of the faction the abillity to lose the 'Stalker' as a potential follower arises, from murdering anyone in the faction the 'Stalker' will no longer become your follower, an amends system will be implemented later. For now, just be a nice person alright buddy?

(OLD)*Update*
The location for where the follower is located has been expanded
- His location the 'Whiterun Depths' has been expanded immensely.
- Tanning rack, Forge, Cooking Spit, and a workbench have all been added in the new hall area.
- New weapon (Anomalous Mace)
- Improved outfit for follower.

- Custom Stalker Armour.
- Stalker Faction. (INCLUDED WITH RECENT UPDATE!)
