factory R.C.F. sufferd a large meltdown back in 2023 till this day we dont know the cause, but it was said to be sabotage to start another war as an economical boost for the capital nations. this nuclear facility was recently discovered after an exploration team was picking up strong radioactive signals after being dispatched from Malachite city, tho nuclear waste was everywhere vegetation and animals are still everywhere around it.
