Malaysian Police Evo X

Description
Royal Malaysian Police Mitsubishi Evo X for the TDM Evo X. This skin is based off a very old texture for a mod of GTA:SA and is simply me using the original author's markings and does not feature the actual texture. I'm not sure if this skin is fictional or not as i have not found prototype photos of this exact car. nonetheless it uses skin 9. Skin is compatible with all photon addons for this model.
