For Stellaris 3.0.*

Makes any leader with the Cyborg Trait immortal

Desc:

I accidentally delete the whole desc and I cant remember what I put in there but I'll try to explain:
this mod adds immortality on Cyborg trait, that's it and also a few modification. The Ruler will get additional bonus which I forgot. lmao sorry. xD But the mod works, dont worry.
