I realize now that there are a lot of posts of persona on r/rainmeter BUT they reference similar assets for you to download and use

There is a application called https://www.rainmeter.net/ , download that and try to go on r/rainmeter and look up persona to find the initial post (not mine I just copied it and made this easy to get for anyone) from there the guy that did this first has a lot of things to get for rainmeter including the date and a handful of other things
