Why does this mod snap to foundations and not ceilings? (crop plot, S+ glass ceiling)

Was wondering if there would be an update to implement the tiers of crop plot increasing yield and such, as it still says "In Development" on the config?

I hoped that using UltimateTekPlotIgnoreAllSections=True meant that we could use the ultimate tek plot to copy anything but it doesn't seem to work (for instance I wanted to copy arrows rather than having 5 plots to make the resources and then craft them "by hand"). Did I miss something ??
