Axis & Allies Global 1940, 2nd edition (scripted+2 alternate setups)

Description
This is Axis & Allies "1940 Europe" and "1940 Pacific" combined together to make the big "Global 1940" game.

The other versions on the workshop were old, riddled with bad design choices, unscripted, horrendous colours, basic models, and dice to manually roll like a peasent.

So I made it better.

- This contains 3 setups. The basic 1940 one from the second edition. Oztea's 1941 alternate setup, and Larry Harris 1942 tournament setup. All of these are available on the table. Just click a button.
- Every territory has a token with multiple states. Changing the state of this token will update the ipc trackers on the bottom middle of the map so there no need to drag and drop territory tokens.
- You can click the "get income" button to get your income straight to your national counter. (This does not include national objectives and raiding as this would be an insane undertaking to code. You'll still have to do that part manually.) You can also click the "spend ipc" button to substract the cost of the units in the buy zone from the country counter.
- Some models were changed to better looking ones like the chinese plane or the australian infantry to name but a few.
More will be added when my spanish collaborator finishes his herculean task of modeling boats and planes.
- Every country now has a buy zone. Dragging units into it will show the total value that needs to be paid.
- Prettier objective cards and unit reference.
- Different dice rollers that show hits both with a highlight and in the chat.
- Damage states for Industrial complexes and capital ships. (now with fire and smoke effects, woooooooow!)

I have modified the actual map itself. Spain and Turkey are not like the original. They are subdivided into more regions and values. This was done for my personal use with house rules. This should not matter for everyone else who plays the game normally because if you attack neutral countries using the out of the box rules for true neutrals, you are a silly person.

August 19th 2020
-Added control tokens with different states. So need to manually replace them.
-Added Industrial complex with undamage and damage state for bombing.
-Added air and naval bases with undamage and damage state for bombing.

Month of June. 2021
Twelve pounds of scripting. Like seriously. It took me 3 weeks and I know jack about scripting so that was fun.

July 08 2021
-Added 2 buttons for every country. One that gives income, the other that substract from the buy zone.

Massive credit to MiniFid and Bone White for parts of this script and stopping me from killing myself with this coding.
Do check their work on the worshop. Bone White has a few good tables.

Hah well, fair enough on the cosmetics. I like them, because I never spot the small white ones, but they do at least fit the aircraft ON the airbases, which is pretty cool. I just updated with lots more scripts - I think I really got the knack of the scripting down. Thanks again for the inspiration and solid base game implementation to build on.

I think the coding is easy enough to follow where you can simply copy paste and add or remove what you need. I havent checker every single detail of what you did/changed in you version but it looks good so far. Although I must, say, your air base and naval base are simply too bloody big. An absolute eyesore.

Thank you for this mod! It's so much better and your idea to script income and spend inspired me to take it much, much, further (which I'm doing here https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2812659690&searchtext=axis+%26+allies+1939 )

Thank you for all your hard work. And for getting me in to TTS scripting!

@Undertaker ok yeah totally makes sense, I did look one up, was more just double checking to make sure that it wasn't there or it was there and it didn't load for some reason.

Honestly though I love everything you've done here

Im not gonna make the players load a massive rulebook inside tts when the table is already beefy enough in terms of object and assets.
That's just silly.

This is awesome but I am not seeing a rule book?

I think I'm done updating this. There shouldn't be anything new. Unless somebody finds errors or a get a bunch of new models to add.

Easily the best modded A&A

If its useless then remove it from the mod and it will fix the problem
