Allows Greece to form Byzantine Empire. This mod is mostly cosmetic.

In order for the decision to work, you need to meet the following conditions.
-Own Constantinople, have a Core on Constantinople, and Constantinople is your capital.
-Completed Megali Idea and Greek Ascendant Focuses
-Restored the monarchy (doesn't matter which one)

Since it seemed a bit complex to get the event to fire, I have turned it into a decision where you can see all the requirements needed to form Byzantium. I have removed the 'Greek Empire' option

More Greek city names have been added in Anatolia and you can core the Agean Coast again.
