Opis
Slows down the basic healing items in the game. Current values are:

Salve: 40hp in 20 seconds
Bandage: 60hp in 20 seconds
Medkit: 100hp in 20 seconds
Nanowrap Bandage: 60hp in 5 seconds

Thanks for this mod, im using avali race and their medicinal healing are affected too with this mod, so i can make my playtrought more fair. Spaming healing is really something i don't like.
