Plasmathrowers

Description
Adds just 8 blocks into the game:
- Plasmathrowers for Terran, Farmer, Red, Tinkrell, Crystalline, and Sentinel factions
- Modules for Terran and Sentinel throwers (they probably work on some other weapons too)

All plasmathrowers have no recoil.

Modules that change how the plasmathrowers work. the Terran module makes the weapon more useful at higher ranges, and the Sentinel module makes the weapon attack in a full 360 degree arc, like a blast pulse.
