A model I found from garrysmod.org once again.

Found in the Humans + Resistance tab.

THERE ARE NO PLAYERMODELS BUT IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SOME THEN GO AHEAD

By the way, where are the NPCs? I can't find them. All there is, is just ragdolls...
