[WOTC] Neo Voice Pack

I recently started using Matrix characters for my Psi Operatives but hated that there were no voice packs for them. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and make some. This is far from perfect but it's not bad, and I may still make some corrections in the future. The primary issue is some sound files come across louder than others... kinda odd they don't sound that much louder in ModBuddy... anyway I hope you enjoy this voice pack and any others I do in the future.

Not a lot of variety was shown in the demo but most situations has more than 2 or 3 sound bites.

I'll likely have Morpheus finished next week some time. He has quite a few good lines.
