This is my first created house on skyrim creation kit

this house is located between morthal solitude and markarth area

the house includes

bedroom
bookshelfs
mannequins weapon racks
alchemy area
enchantment area

its a nice compact size nothing to big


there is a house for the merchant that lives across from you he is a kjahit called kat
he sells blacksmith items but you can sell most things to hinm and he has plenty of gold

the key is located on the workbench at the smithing area at the house i was going to put it in the kat's merchandise but wouldnt show up so your are now getting it for free :)
