the flags arent showing up ive checked the props versions for the mod but it only has two of them so idk whats wrong with it?

Try extracting the addon's gma file using gmad.exe (located in /steam/steamapps/common/garrysmod/bin), create a file called "addon.txt" inside the resulting folder, and then place the folder in the addons folder (common/garrysmod/garrysmod/addons). Disable or unsub from the workshop version, load up the game, open the "legacy addons" section of the spawnmenu, and see if the models are there.
