FB-5 'Tiburon' Gunship

Xerxes Corporation had gained notoriety and fortune manufacturing high end sporting and luxury craft, and when it gained the attention of the NSN for military contracts it seemed like an opportunity it couldn't afford to miss.

Five years later, Xerxes found its military craft returning sub-par reviews and it's private sector craft were falling behind its competitors, something had to be done to re-energize the company.

The FB-5 Tiburon gunship serves as a 'clean slate' vessel for Xerxes, designed to full multiple rolls and allow Xerxes corp. the chance to catch up to competitors with more sophisticated designs. The gamble worked, and the Tiburon was extremely well received by the NSN, blasting through trials and finding its way to the front lines faster than any other new craft. The Tiburon has been especially effective against the Bloody Thorns, the pirate group led by rogue NSN commander admiral Marcus Thorne. The first full squadron of Tiburons was delivered to 'The Mastadon' command ship, and were instrumental in securing the NSN victory over the Bloody Thorns at the battle of Helion Prime.

The Tiburon features redundant flight systems, three to five layers of heavy combat armor, 8x rocket launchers, 4x pulse cannons, 2x plasma cannons, 4x rail guns and 2x machine guns.
