Azrael (Jean-Paul Valley)

Azrael is a legacy of religious crusaders and vigilantes passed down since medieval times. They are agents of the Order of St. Dumas, an extremist Christian cult that brainwashes soldiers into trained assassins. In the modern day, Ludovic Valley is known to have passed the mantle onto his son Jean-Paul Valley. Jean-Paul would become an apprentice of Batman and take over for him during the events of Knightfall. There is a splinter sect known as the Order of Purity that developed their own Azrael, wielding the Suit of Sorrows and its twin blades the Sword of Salvation and Sword of Sin.

Plays as a Mysterious-style striker who focuses on stiff chops to wear his opponent down before putting them away with one of his Facebusters or heavier, signature slams. Likes to pray a lot. Pretty acrobatic and nimble too.
