Better Night Eye

Beskrivning
This is an extremely simple mod to help out the khajiit. Before, Night Eye only lasted for 1 minute. Why? I have no idea. They're cats, they should be able to always see in the dark! This mod makes the duration of night eye 20 minutes so you can use it extensively.
