Sethai and Elthrai Horse Armors

The summon spells are purchasable in Witherun by Farengar.

You can also type in the console: help Sethai or Elthrai 4
to find the horse npc ID
Then: player.placeatme ID
If you find the summonable horse annoying use the consol to it and it will behave like a normal horse.

Farengar is dead so i spawned a dublicate of him but he doesnt sell the books ..? i restartet the game 3 times still nothing also how does the console command work so i can get the horses please ??
