This mod aims to make it more rewarding for dagger users, and dual weilders. Adds three new perks, Brutal Strikes, Dual Brutality and Hemohrrage. Also modifies two perks.

Brutal Strikes
Rank 1, Daggers strikes have 25% chance to critically hit and ignore 15% of the enemy's armor
Rank 2, Daggers strikes have 50% chance to critically hit and ignore 15% of the enemy's armor

Hemohrrage
Dagger critical strikes do double damage

Dual Brutality
Critical attacks made while dual wielding do a bonus 100% damage.

Dual Flurry
Rank 3, Increase dual attack speed by 50%

Dual Savagery
Rank 2, Increases power attack damage by 100%
