The table lacks the features for playing ITC games, if you unlock all the terrain features you can copy it over to a BCB map with all the features to make it work.

The cranes and the amount of terrain out on the sides of the field makes it impossible to field a Titanic unit. The holes in the terrain in the middle of the board makes it possible to shoot through them. Putting 3x3 Mortars or 10 Dark Reapers inside the enclosed ruins on either side of the table is a little too easy. I wouldn't ever put an enclosed ruin entirely within a deployment zone because of these factors, by placing them in the middle of the table it becomes a lot easier for your opponent to get to the units inside. All the terrain is either too short has holes in it so there is too little LOS blocking terrain on the map making it a shooting gallery with the exception of units which can hide inside the enclosed ruins and still be effective.

Remove the cranes or place them at the edge of the table, remove the thing connected to the cranes, remove an acid vat on one side and the car and other terrain connected to the car on the other side. Find a piece of terrain you can stick inside the round things in the middle so you cannot see through them. That'd be the bare minimum to make the table workable for all armies, otherwise it is something that can only be picked after you know you and your opponent both lack units which don't currently have a way to get through the map. Then there is the balance issues of not enough tall terrain pieces and invulnerable Mortars/Dark Reapers.
