Zinn Mods: No food upkeep

This savegame compatible mod reduces base and technology based food upkeep to 0. Since I can't do the technology thing only for human, I decided the whole mod is for both AI and human player.

I didn't change dilemmas, so perhaps one of those could increase food upkeep for some rounds (In my playthroughs till now, i cannot remember one of those).

So if there is still one important and noticeable food upkeep source, let me know! But Please tell me exactly, what it is, then i will change it!

This mod is tested in many campaign saves of mine and it worked on all of them. If this mod doesn't work for you, please test it without any other mod enabled and press the end turn button once! (Some mods need the end turn script to get properly activated, even after starting a new campaign!)
