This mod is a compilation of several different mods really. I had originally made the Way of the Gun Adept mod and this contains it, with many modifications but also several other major changes, so I've decided to just combine them into one mod. There are so many individual files changed that I won't cover every one in detail, but here is an overview of what this contains:

-Standalone Mod. I am including the uncooked files as well so other modders can use in their mods, if you want to make changes, etc.
-Maxx will appear at the starting area and sells everything for testing, including gold and karma.
-Gun Adept abilities for Physical Adepts. It also adds generally some more Phys Adept powers like Combat Senses to increase accuracy, powers to dodge attacks, etc. These all go in the Cyberware slots and purchasable ONLY from there, and the old powers are still purchasable from the Spider Shen. Given the limited amount of spells you can equip on a character and to allow for "Mystic Adept" builds, I thought these made more sense as taking up cyverware slots. They do not use essence but have essence and chi casting requirements!

-All Mage spells are usable using the Conjuring stat for Shamans.
-All Shaman spells are usable using the Spellcasting stat for Mages. In addition, Mages now can summon spirits!
-The Spirit Control stat is now worthless - Spirits will not escape. There are additional Intelligence requirements for many spells to somewhat balance this change.
-Spirits are now castable as spells! Most cost 2 ap and can only have one at a time - I have not been able to find a way around this limitation.
-New Totems, including Loa Totems. The Loa Totems provide a summon that have utility spells.
-New Outfits. There are some older outfits from Dragonfall that give +stats.
-Fetishes that boost Spellcasting, Spirit Summoning, Chi Casting. You can buy them from the Magic seller or Maxx. These are overpowered. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-New Rigger Vehicles. I've also made a version of the Vehicle Control Rig cyberware which can boost vehicle AP and increases Rigging skill.

There are probably more things I have forgotten about - I've actually made this quite a while ago but hadn't gotten around to actually putting it out there. I don't have much time to work on this kind of stuff right now so I don't know if I'll be able to fix bugs. There will be some, feel free to report any and I'll see what I can do.


To use with the main campaign:

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadowrun Hong Kong\SRHK_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks - NOTE this is the default steam location, it might be different based on your computer setup.

2. Copy the Hong Kong directory and paste it somewhere to save as a backup. This is important to revert changes!

3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<account number>\346940\remote\contentpacks The <account number> is unique to your account.

4. Copy the file called 59f2aaef3832663429006bba-GA-RI-SH ALL.cpz and extract it to a temporary folder. You may have to rename it with .zip file extension, but I believe 7z should allow you to extract without this.

5. After extracting, go into the directory it creates. Copy the art and data folders, and paste them into the Hong Kong folder located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadowrun Hong Kong\SRHK_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks
