Triple Skill Points Updated for Twisted & Twilight

This mod makes it so that lords receive 4 skill points per level and heros get 3 skill points per level.
Skill dump at level 26.

As many of you know i haven't updated this mod in a very long time. Sadly i don't have much time to be playing games like i used too, as much as i'd like too, let alone update my mods. Thankfully someone from the community has updated this mod of mine and credit goes to him for taking the time to update it to help others.

I have been MIA for a very long time, but now that i'm having a little more excess time on my hands i have had time to update this mod with all the new DLC. Despite me having this mod updated now i still want to thank Matt Shield who took it upon himself to update the mod for everyone while i was MIA. The mod is updated now, but chances are some time in the future again i will not have time to update. That being said i will continue to leave the link to Matt Shield's mod in the description if anyone wants to go there also.
