Description
Added some low level lighting that doesn't use power

-Basen Torch
-Street Torch
-Hanging Tourch
-Celing Lamp Burning

as well as some new powered option
Small Wall light
Large Wall light
Fluorescent light

Re-worked reaserch to get them as well, all basic lights now can be reaserched without books the advanced lights take two books and light post efficency now has two levels not just one.

Just tried this out as I needed some better lights. The new light selection is great but there seems to be problem with the ceiling lights - Flourescent Light and Buring Ceiling Lamp. They do not snap to any ceiling and so get built above it and float off in the air. The new Lighting Efficiency Research stage does not appear as well and so I now have the Lighting Post II but can no longer access the Lighting Post III.

On minor typo notes the 'Buring Ceiling Lamp' is missing an 'n' and I think the 'Basen Torch' was meant as a 'Basin Torch', but looks like a sort of Brazier which may be a better label for it.
