Throttle Toggle

Description
Advanced mode.

Size: 2x2

For simple engines, it takes a throttle from 0 to 1, and an on/off signal deciding whether or not the engine is "on".

It outputs the new throttle, which is the actual throttle if the on/off signal is on, and 0 if it's off
