Description
CS:S IS REQUIRED FOR THE ADDON TO WORK PROPERLY!!!

Borrowed the C4 SWEP from here and fixed the missings sounds and made it standalone. Wanted it for the nice explosion effect and radius.

@skin tubby I don't modify gmod addons anymore but you're more than welcome to extract it yourself and do that.
