wish i knew how to help you but i barely know modelling myself
I know you can assign the model's bones to be used by different tools in gmod
like the advanced bone tool or the joint tool instead of faceposing

like i can't really explain but you can move extra parts like opening the scientists and guard's mouths with it instead of the traditional faceposing tool

I'll be porting models once in a while. I think to port " specnaz.mdl " and " npc.mdl", as will free time.
The only problem is I don't know how to mimic a model. In GoldSource, it's not a problem to get the model to open her mouth. In Source, it's hard for me.

i forgot to ask you last night but are you planning on porting all Characters from Condition Zero and Deleted Scenes in your free time ?
