So simple fix. Go into FCS, look up changes, and open up the entry for "Vegan barill" functionality (and change it to "barrel" if you feel like it). In the "consumes" entry, it'll say Wheatstraw 100 1 and Greenfruit 100 1. You want to change that to Wheatstraw 100 100 and Greenfruit 100 100. The first number is max storage, the second number is use percentage. So the way it is currently it uses 1% of a Wheatstraw and 1% of a Greenfruit to create 1 Raw Meat.

I agree with paz, I think somewhere along the lines you meant to have it store 100 wheat and 100 vegetables. it does do that, but also, it only takes one wheat and one veggie to make like 50-100 meat ( i didnt count)

I like the mod, it is nice to have alongside base food supply system but the output amount of meat you get from the materials going is seems really high. it seems a little cheaty but i like the mod, would be nice to see the output amount turned down a lot though.

I mean I'm not a vegan... but an alternative source of (fake) meat so i can make dried meats and therefore meat wraps well...
