OWB - flavorful commanders

Description
Initial goal of this mod was fleshing out unit commanders present in Old World Blues by giving them traits based on in-game descriptions, wiki atricles and (in some instances) my own presonal taste.

I also plan on creating copule of new traits, new, previously missing commanders, and entirely new leaders that would fit the setting.

Right now mod affects following countries:
-Brotherhood of Steel
-New California Republic
-Cesar's Legion
-Washington Brotherhood
-Broken Coast
-Mojave Chapter
-Vault City
-New Reno
-Scorpions
-Whistler Nomads
-Kamlo Survivalists

Yeah, currently mod is basically dead since my laptop no longer handles the game and OWB itself has changed so much the mod is no longer compatible with it.

I guess this mod needs to be updated because when i used it all the unit leaders of Caesars Legion lost all their traits which is the opposite of what it's suppoed to do

Oh, that's a good idea. I've noticed that the lack of SPECIAL traits in those commanders is detrimental, since they're required for the earned traits.

I assumed you had added some commanders, but I'll take using your edits too :P

Yeah shure, weren't they in original OWB though?
I'm pretty shure I just added more traits to original Vault City commanders.
