Less Irritating Car Horns

**Despite my best efforts, the horn audio has 'cuts' between the loop even though I matched the length of the new audio to that of the original sounds. I would avoid this mod for now until I can get some help on the issue. I suspect this is because the horn needs to have a constant tone, in which case ill need to make my own audio soon.**

This mod replaces 2 of 3 horn sounds in the game. The default sounds have way to high of a pitch, to the point of hurting my ears, especially when holding the horn down when trying to distract a horde. You will hopefully find that the new sounds are as bareable as a loud car horn can be.
